Tue - 4(250, 150) [jumpers do 3]; xfit

Wed - 3(3x60) uphill; hurdle walkovers; abs

Thur - 10xstarts [for non jumpers]; 6 turns, 6 straights [2 for jumpers]; xfit

Fri - handoffs; 100, 200, 300, 450, 250, 150, 50; hurdle walkovers; abs

Sat - campus loop; plyomerics
